I bought my neighbor’s old CNC machine in February and started prototyping the Game Susan not long afterward. This is the sixth (and hopefully final) iteration of the Game Susan. I’ve been cutting them out, having friends over, playing with them a bit, taking notes, and improving my design. This version has room for all of the expansions. Game elements are positioned to work intuitively with the flow of the game. One thing that’s kind of nice about it is that it allows you to store the game so it is ready-to-play, so you could have it up on a shelf or a side table. It also allows you to quickly pick up the game to clear the table like if you were playing with folks before dinner. Having played with it regularly since February I can personally tell you it makes a huge difference!
